Creative Marketing & Graphic Design Assistant

This part-time Creative Marketing & Graphic Design Assistant role blends design and content strategy, with a flexible schedule, competitive hourly pay, and room to grow. There is also potential to move into full-time employment and advance as the team expands. Work setup: Onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Expected hours: 25.0 to 30.0 per week. What you’ll do Generate creative marketing ideas, social media concepts, and engaging content strategies. Research trends and brainstorm hooks, scripts, and promotional campaign concepts. Create professional graphics for advertisements, flyers, menus, and social media posts. Support branding efforts, including merchandise designs and other marketing materials. Collaborate with the existing video production team to support marketing projects. Help organize content calendars and keep marketing projects on track. What we’re looking for Strong graphic design skills . Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva . Understanding of Instagram and TikTok and how social media marketing works. A creative mindset with the ability to develop original ideas . Strong communication and organizational skills . Previous marketing or graphic design experience preferred . Portfolio required to apply. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus . Language required: Spanish .
