Costa Solutions, a third-party logistics company is currently hiring a full-time accounting position to join a growing team. Must be reliable and flexible.

Responsibilities include:

• Business partner for accounts receivable/payables and payroll
• Auditing billing
• Collections
• Importing and exporting from excel
• Work on various projects within the accounting team
• Credit and bank reconciliation
• Creates and customizes reports for analysis
• Exercise judgment on sensitive issues
• Requires confidentiality

Traits and Skills:

• Must be detailed oriented
• Proficient in QuickBooks or other accounting systems
• Must possess a background in accounting
• Must be proficient highly proficient in with excel & will be tested
• HSD/GED and 3 years of experience in field
