Compensation: $20/hr

Billing Coordinator
We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team, supporting order processing and billing functions for equipment rentals and sales. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams and outside partners, and is well-suited to someone who's organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple moving pieces at once.
Responsibilities:
- Process equipment orders and billing for both rental and sales transactions
- Process national account ship-in orders
- Collaborate closely with rental companies and the sales team
- Process collateral exchanges, revenue adjustments, and trade-ins
- Prepare and send overnight packages as needed
- Log incoming sales packets and pull associated delivery paperwork
- Support other billing and order-related tasks as needed
