Billing Specialist

Responsibilities Manage the full project billing lifecycle from project setup through invoicing, revisions, and final billing Review contracts, change orders, proposals, and supporting documentation to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with project requirements Prepare, process, and distribute invoices across multiple billing formats and client requirements Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and clients to resolve billing questions, discrepancies, and documentation issues Maintain accurate billing records, project files, job setups, and supporting documentation Participate in billing reviews and ensure all invoicing deadlines are metMonitor project billing activity and support the timely conversion of project work into revenue Assist with process improvements that enhance billing efficiency, accuracy, and customer service Provide reporting and billing support as needed for project and finance leadership Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered 5+ years of billing, project accounting, or related accounting experience Experience with project-based billing, contract billing, or construction billing environments Understanding of construction, engineering, infrastructure, or professional services project workflows Experience reviewing contracts, amendments, and change orders for billing accuracy Familiarity with shared services environments and high-volume billing operations Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
