Night Lead

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dedicated and experienced Night Lead in Jackson, GA. In this hands-on and rewarding role, you will be responsible for leading a production team, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and maintaining quality standards at a busy tire recycling facility.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing nightly plant operations, including production, safety, and quality control.
• Supervising and supporting a team of general laborers and machine operators.
• Monitoring workflow and making adjustments to meet production goals.
• Enforcing safety policies and ensuring compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• Communicating shift reports and maintenance needs to management.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment.
• Willingness to work overnight (4 PM 4 AM) and occasional weekends as needed.
