Practice: Bell Road Dentistry Location: Surprise, AZ Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 per year + Monthly Team Performance Bonus + Monthly Office Manager Bonus! Dr. Nielsen is a passionate clinician focused on relationship-based dentistry and creating a hassle-free, enjoyable experience for the community. You will have the autonomy to lead your team while focusing on what matters most: mentoring your staff, optimizing the patient experience, and driving practice health-all while being home by lunch every Friday.
