We are seeking a Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. Stop watching NCIS/CSI and live it!
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the management of clients and cases
- general office duties like answering phones, filing, data entry, etc
- promoting the services of the office with potential clients and collecting payment from current clients
- supporting the attorneys
- drafting emails, letters and other general correspondence
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a legal assistant or other legal field preferred but not required
- Familiarity with legal terms preferred but not required
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
