This leadership role includes managing nursing staff, developing care plans, maintaining regulatory compliance, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal health outcomes. You'll also play a key role in staff development, budgeting, quality assurance, and fostering a culture of excellence and resident-centered care. Schedule Monday–Friday, day shift. Occasional holidays and weekends required.
