Job Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Vice President to join our team. As a Vice President at CGCN Group you will play a pivotal role in client services and coordinating various projects and public affairs campaigns to ensure successful execution and delivery. You will work closely with our team of partners, clients, and stakeholders to manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Serve as day-to-day project lead when designated at outset of client engagement Ensure deliverables are moving forward by tracking deadlines and providing direction and feedback to other team members Review initial drafts from Associate before sending to senior staff Initiate drafts of deliverables, as needed Coordinate with partners on scope/staff adjustments as client needs evolve Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Political Science, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in project management, in a consulting, public affairs, or government relations environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating project teams to achieve desired outcomes. Knowledge of public policy and politics is preferred.
