Our Chief of Staff drives CEO operating mechanisms, strengthens ELT cohesion and accountability, brings strong financial judgment to enterprise decision-making, and anticipates risks and opportunities. Our Chief of Staff ensures the CEO's leadership philosophy and Zayo's culture are translated into consistent execution across the organization, resulting in faster decisions, stronger alignment, and improved enterprise outcomes.This is a high-impact leadership position, not an administrative role. $280,000 USD/AnnuallyThe base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan.
