About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the President & CEO. This key leadership role is focused on providing direct support to the President & CEO in advancing organizational priorities and directing communications. The successful candidate will be an execution-oriented leader, overseeing corporate communications to ensure clear, consistent, and effective messaging. This includes leading a diverse set of projects, supporting government relations activities, and preparing the President & CEO for various public-facing engagements. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for strategic and operational support, managing multiple high-priority efforts, and promoting disciplined, proactive, and strategic communication across the organization. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree highly preferred, and a minimum of 7 years' experience in executive support, strategic communications, project management, or a related field. The role requires exceptional communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a results-oriented approach. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing complex projects, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and direct involvement in communications leadership, including social media and digital media. A background in healthcare is preferred. The Chief of Staff will be measured on the effective implementation of key projects, the quality and alignment of organizational communications, and the overall impact on the company's brand and performance.
