Job Description
Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Profession: Occupational Therapist

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Shift: 8 hours

Experience: 1 year of previous experience required; at least 1 travel contract completed preferred; Epic experience required.

License: State license required.

Certifications: BLS

Must-Have: Driver's license, work history/resume, skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date, license verification, copy of required certifications, and 1 supervisory reference required at the time of submission.

Description:
As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.
The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
The traveler will be required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).
Candidates must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility, with an exception for specific nearby areas where local candidates will be accepted with a rate reduction.
