Recruiter (Part‑time, Hybrid) We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team on a part‑time basis in a hybrid capacity. The role is based in Tampa, FL, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. Responsibilities Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Posting job ads and managing candidate databases. Coordinating with hiring managers and supporting the onboarding process. Maintaining candidate pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Developing strategies to attract top talent and align recruitment with the organization’s talent needs. Qualifications Talent sourcing and recruitment experience, including posting job ads, managing candidate databases, and working with hiring managers. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and work in a hybrid environment. Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring (plus). Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
