Base pay range $15.00/hr - $16.00/hr Outpatient Dialysis RN Burlington, VT 05403. 26 weeks Shift -12H Rotating 04:00 AM - 04:00 PM Floating as needed to St. Albans & Berlin is required. No call but Saturday requirements. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. Requirements AHA BLS and CCHT Prior travel experience preferred A minimum of 2 years of experience required Must be flexible with schedule, will work 8/10/12 D/E shifts as needed EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information Monday to Sunday No block schedules for any reason Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 10/6 Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete to submit Disclaimers Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area.
