Responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient dialysis treatments for ESRD patients, ensuring proper machine setup, priming, and safe operation per unit protocol
- Monitor patient status during dialysis, record vitals, fluid balance, and respond to complications per policy
- Cannulate and care for vascular access (AV fistula/graft) and provide ongoing access assessment and care
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EPIC) for each treatment, including vitals, fluids, and relevant labs
- Collaborate with nephrology and dialysis team to coordinate care and educate patients on post-dialysis care and self-management
- Float to St. Albans and Berlin as required; adhere to scheduling constraints, including weekend Saturday requirements

Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience; at least 1 year of outpatient dialysis experience
- EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years (required)
- Prior travel experience preferred; flexibility to work 8, 9, 10, or 12-hour shifts as needed
- Willingness to float to St. Albans and Berlin; reliable transportation required
