We have a direct hire opportunity for a Nurse Manager – Behavioral Health in Brooklyn, NY.
Job Details:
• Location: Brooklyn, NY (Onsite)
• Shift: Mon–Fri, 8A–4P
• Salary: $145K–$160K
• Type: Direct Hire
Requirements:
• 5+ years RN experience
• 5+ years in psychiatry
• 2+ years leadership experience
• Must have psych unit management experience in a hospital
• Active NY RN License, BLS & ACLS
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the behavioral health unit
• Ensure compliance with NYSDOH, JCAHO, and other regulatory standards
• Manage admissions, discharges, and care planning
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and data reporting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Provide administrative leadership and staff supervision
