This leadership role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, managing cross-functional coordination, and supporting the company’s continued growth within the airline support products industry. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong operational and financial experience, the ability to manage multiple projects and production workflows, and a proven background in supply chain and logistics management. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality performance Develop and implement operational strategies that support company goals and long‑term growth Manage budgets, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and resource allocation Lead and coordinate pop‑up production lines to support customer and project demands Manage multiple operational, production, and logistics‑related projects simultaneously Oversee domestic and international supply chain logistics, including vendor coordination and inventory flow Monitor operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement Lead, mentor, and support team members to achieve departmental and company objectives Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth communication and operational alignment Improve workflows, systems, and procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability Foster a positive, accountable, and team‑oriented work environment Ensure operational compliance with company policies and industry standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role Proven leadership experience managing teams, projects, and operational performance Experience managing production environments and coordinating production schedules Strong background in international supply chain logistics and vendor management Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cash flow reporting Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting and operational software Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence About LETRONICS INC For over 30 years, LETRONICS INC has built a strong reputation in the consumer products industry through innovation, quality, and exceptional customer service.
