Job Title: Seasonal Picker/Packers
Employment Type:  Seasonal/Temporary
Pay : $17.00 per hour
Start Date : Mid-October
Location:  Gastonia, NC

Schedule : Associates can select one of the following rotating schedules:

Schedule A
Week 1: Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Week 2: Sunday–Tuesday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

Schedule B
Week 1: Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Week 2: Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Seasonal Pickers/Packers to support a fast-paced warehouse operation beginning in mid-October. In this role, associates will use RF scanners to accurately pick products for customer orders and pack items for shipment. Candidates must have previous RF scanner experience and be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products accurately according to customer orders and warehouse procedures

• Use an RF scanner to locate, scan, and track products throughout the picking process

• Pack products accurately and securely for shipment

• Verify picked and packed items for accuracy

• Follow established productivity, quality, and safety standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Previous RF scanner experience is required

• Previous picking, packing, or warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Dependable attendance and ability to report to work as scheduled

• Ability to work the assigned rotating schedule, including weekends

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

• Ability to perform repetitive picking, packing, reaching, bending, and other warehouse activities

• Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment

• Ability to work in a physically active, fast-paced environment
