- People Development Specialist (m/w/d)Nitrochemie Aschau GmbH in Aschau am InnRheinmetall / People Development Specialist (m/w/d)Ref.-Nr.: DE17676Anstellungsart: VollzeitVertragsart: Unbefristeter VertragshareOntwitter shareOnlinkedIn shareOnxingWOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHENAls People Development Specialist (m/w/d) in unserer internationalen Business Unit sind Sie nach einer intensiven Einarbeitungsphase mit folgenden Aufgaben betraut:* Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von internen und externen Trainings- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen* Konzeption und Koordination von Führungskräftetrainings sowie Betreuung der Führungsinstrumente und Führungskonzepte* Beratung von Führungskräften zu Entwicklungsfragen und Begleitung von Performance- und Feedbackprozessen* Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Talent- und Nachwuchsprogrammen sowie Mentoring und Begleitung von Nachwuchskräften* Analysen von Mitarbeiterpotenzial und Ableitung gezielter Fördermaßnahmen* Moderation von Workshops und Konfliktmoderation* Mitgestaltung der strategischen Personalentwicklung, insbesondere mit Fokus auf Wachstum und Firmenkultur* Begleitung von Assessmentcentern auf Divisions- und KonzernebeneWAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN* Abgeschlossenes Bachelor Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Pädagogik, Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaftslehre Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation* Berufserfahrung in der Personalentwicklung / dem Bereich Erwachsenenbildung* Kenntnisse moderner Lern- und Entwicklungsformate* Analytisches Denken und konzeptionelle Stärke* Sicherer Umgang mit HR-Systemen, MS-Office und SAP* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Beratungskompetenz* Organisationsgeschick und eigenständige ArbeitsweiseStärken und Erfahrungen zählen bei Rheinmetall, auch wenn vielleicht nicht alle aufgeführten Anforderungen vollständig erfüllt sind.
