Minimum Requirements

\n

\n
• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
\n
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
\n
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
\n
• Will not accept new grads
\n
• Will not accept first time travelers
\n

Assignment Details

\n

\n
• Expected to work up to 40 hours per week
\n
• Float to other clinics: no
\n
• Patient population includes general outpatient diagnoses and post-op cases, ranging from retirement age to high school age
\n
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
\n
• Will see 12-14 patients per day
\n
• Double-booking of follow up visits expected
\n
• Overtime must be approved by director before any overtime hours are worked
\n

Shepherdsville offers convenient access to both outdoor recreation and urban amenities in north-central Kentucky. Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest is about 15 miles south and features more than 16,000 acres of trails and public art installations. Downtown Louisville is about 20 miles north and offers attractions such as the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory and Waterfront Park along the Ohio River. The area also provides access to Interstate 65 for regional travel and is within driving distance of Mammoth Cave National Park, which is about 85 miles south.
