Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility to create a work environment that best suits your needs while maintaining access to a supportive and collaborative team. Although you will work independently, you will also have regular opportunities for peer consultation and supervision. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders, employing a holistic approach tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that take into account clients’ circumstances, ensuring all interventions are relevant and evidence-based.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions (both individual and group settings) and provide ongoing counseling, support, and adjustment of treatment plans based on client progress.
• Utilize assessment tools to evaluate therapeutic progress, modifying approaches as necessary and documenting changes appropriately.
• Deliver compassionate support to clients in distress, guiding them toward healthier self-perceptions and coping strategies.
• Coordinate with other mental health professionals and specialists to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your expertise will aid clients in navigating complex emotional landscapes and will be central to helping them enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Masters or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic methodologies and evidence-based practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• A commitment to professional development and continued learning within the field of mental health.

Preferred Experience

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling, particularly with clients facing co-occurring disorders.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for substance abuse treatment.
• A minimum of two years of experience in the mental health field, with a focus on therapy for individuals and families.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
