Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific issues and goals. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide high-quality therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, ensuring that therapy sessions are both effective and engaging. Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, sharing insights and strategies for holistic and integrated service delivery. Deliver crisis intervention strategies during acute mental health crises, providing immediate support while employing your clinical acumen and empathy. Lead community outreach and engagement initiatives, aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental health issues. Patient Population / Client Focus As a remote licensed mental health therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in various therapeutic modalities to support clients facing a wide range of mental health conditions, from anxiety disorders to severe depression and family dynamics. Qualifications Possess an independent and active license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to form meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients. Possess strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans. Preferred Experience Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience working as a mental health therapist. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is highly advantageous, as you'll be expected to document and manage client information digitally.
