This position will report to the Director of Account Services and your responsibilities will include:Assumes overall responsibility for successful project completion with an emphasis on client satisfactionBuilds strong client relationships, you are an important link in our sales department alongside our outside sales executivesIdentify and assess customers’ requirements and establish realistic expectationsRespond to requests within established timelines and provide accurate quotes related to their specific projects/needsDrive sales through customer engagement and follow up on pending quotes/projectsOverall management of projects when a quote is requested until order is delivered with strong communication across departmentsBe a valued expert by advising clients in collaboration with our team of Technical Designers, on technical information about our range of productsParticipate in client training events and showroom visits to meet with clients in-personLearn, understand, and utilize the ERP system (MS Dynamics) for all quoting and ordering requirementsProvide excellent customer service by listening to customer concerns or questions, and resolving product and service problemsRequirements3-5 years proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, industry experience a plusBachelor's degree is requiredAbility to envision customer designs, have a good 3-D insightProven ability to take initiative, manage priorities effectively, and deliver customer-focused solutionsStrong time management skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsOur OfferA culture that empowers its people, sparks innovation and is customer focusedCollaborative and objective driven environment that builds a cohesive teamA competitive compensation package in accordance with knowledge and experienceComprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance401(k) plan with company matchJoin Aluvision and help shape the future of modular design.
