About Us: Our organization operates a residential treatment program in Briarcliff Manor, NY, dedicated to adolescents seeking help for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.
We are committed to guiding adolescents and their families toward complete recovery. Our approach empowers each young individual to face life's challenges without the burden of an eating disorder. We provide essential support, education, and empathy to families, recognizing them as vital partners in the recovery journey. Our goal is to help each adolescent develop healthy skills and a profound understanding of their unique identity.
Position: We are looking for a Per Diem Chef to become part of our team, with opportunities to assist other residential programs in the Westchester County area.
Compensation: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on education and experience.

Key Responsibilities:- Prepare nutritious, balanced, and visually appealing meals for clients.
- Facilitate and exemplify normalized eating behaviors for our clients.
- Oversee kitchen operations and manage food service staff.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to address nutritional needs in a holistic manner.
- Customize and create individualized menu options.
- Order necessary food and supplies for kitchen operations.
- Extensive cooking experience is essential.
- Formal culinary training is highly preferred.
- A friendly demeanor is crucial in this healthcare environment.
- Ability to present dishes attractively.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a sense of responsibility are vital traits.
- ServSafe certification is advantageous.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required, as driving is part of the role.
