Junior Electrician

Join a growing electrical contractor working on commercial medical office projects throughout Nassau and Suffolk County.

What You'll Do

• Install MC/BX cable and perform commercial rough-in work

• Install outlets, switches, sensors, lighting, and 1900 boxes

• Run and terminate wiring from panels to devices

• Assist with electrical demolition, temporary power, and lighting setups

• Read blueprints and follow project layouts

• Perform trim work and fixture installation

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of commercial electrical experience

• Medical office or healthcare project experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and work independently

• Experience with conduit bending, panel wiring, and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with 277V lighting circuits and low-voltage systems

• OSHA 30 & SST certification

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
