In this role, you will program, set-up, operate, and maintain CNC machines, including mills and vertical lathes, to produce high-precision metal parts./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliProgram, set-up, and operate CNC Milling and Lathe machines to create parts as per design specifications./liliUtilize CNC controls (Haas, Fanuc) with MasterCam software for programming./liliSelect appropriate tools and set-up for efficient production./liliAdjust machine settings to ensure the precision and accuracy of parts./liliMonitor cutting processes and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality./liliConduct detailed inspections of components to ensure they meet specifications./liliPerform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance./liliCollaborate with engineering teams to resolve any design or operational challenges./liliAssemble finished products according to blueprint guidelines./liliAdhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures./li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliCompletion of CNC training at a vocational school level or higher./liliOver 8 years of experience operating CNC mills and lathes./liliAt least 5 years of experience with Haas and Fanuc controls./liliProficient in programming using MasterCam./liliSkilled in using precision measurement tools such as Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, and CMMs./liliStrong understanding of M and G codes./liliDetail-oriented with a commitment to quality./liliCapability to read and interpret blueprints and GDT./li/ulh3Working Conditions:/h3ulliAble to lift up to 60 lbs./liliWork in environments with normal machining conditions, including dust and varying temperatures./liliStand for extended periods, exceeding 6 hours./liliWear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required./liliFollow detailed instructions in English./li/ulpThis is a part-time position offering a flexible schedule.
