Construction Project Coordinator – Support High-Impact Commercial Construction Operations
Job Overview:
- Company: Rapid Construction Solutions LLC.
- Salary/Pay Rate: $52,000 plus per year based on experience.
- Location: Ocoee, FL.
- Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday.
- Project Scope: Commercial / Industrial Self-Storage.
- Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.
The Opportunity :
You will serve as the administrative backbone of our Project Management team, ensuring the seamless execution of large-scale construction developments. This role offers you the chance to manage critical project data and coordinate with industry professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a vital part in maintaining the high standards of a company with over $100 million in successful builds.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Organize comprehensive project records and job folders using RedTeam Construction Management software to maintain operational transparency.
- Facilitate the permitting process by coordinating with government agencies and contractors to secure necessary licenses and approvals.
- Track and distribute vital documents, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders, to ensure subcontractors have the most current information.
- Manage the accurate filing of Notices of Commencement and other mandatory project documentation to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain blueprint version control by uploading and managing revisions to prevent costly field errors.
- Coordinate complex logistics, including travel arrangements and material deliveries, to support field Superintendents and site staff.
- Communicate professionally with vendors and subcontractors to resolve contract revisions and administrative inquiries.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or project support role.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced office setting.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior experience working within a construction, engineering, or architectural environment.
- Familiarity with RedTeam Construction Management software.
- Formal training or education in Business Administration or a related field.
