Job Summary :
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing team in the planning, execution, and tracking of various marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, patient acquisition, and retention across multiple locations. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, creating content, managing social media platforms, and assisting with the organization's overall marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Marketing Campaign Support :
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Help maintain and update the marketing calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Content Creation & Management :
• Create and curate content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, email newsletters, and website updates.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional content.
• Ensure all content adheres to the brand guidelines and messaging.
• Social Media Management :
• Manage and update social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and grow the organization's online presence.
• Monitor and respond to patient reviews and inquiries on social media and online directories.
• Event Coordination :
• Assist in the planning and execution of community outreach programs, health fairs, patient appreciation events, and other promotional activities.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and promotional materials.
• Support on-site event activities, ensuring successful execution and patient engagement.
• Digital Marketing Support :
• Assist with the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Help manage website content, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
• Reporting & Analytics :
• Track and report on the performance of marketing activities, including social media engagement, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in compiling data for monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports.
• Provide insights based on data to help refine and improve marketing strategies.
• Vendor & Partnership Coordination :
• Communicate with external vendors, including graphic designers, printers, and marketing agencies, to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Assist in managing relationships with community partners, referral sources, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of promotional materials.
• Administrative Support :
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing files.
