Recruitment Coordinator

Supporting the Talent Acquisition pipeline, the full-time remote Recruitment Coordinator will manage applicant tracking, coordinate interviews, and facilitate a positive candidate experience while ensuring accurate job postings and requisition management. Key responsibilities Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) with current job openings and descriptions Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and manage candidate assessments and onboarding documentation Verify offer letter details, facilitate approvals, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires Required qualifications Prior experience in a related role, preferably in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Customer Service Familiarity with Google Suite and ability to use spreadsheets effectively Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing environments Background in HR, Talent Acquisition, or marketing is helpful but not mandatory
