Project Manager - Mission Critical

Overview We're looking for a Project Manager in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to lead technically demanding mission critical projects for a specialized design-build general contractor. Our client is a highly respected design-build contractor recognized for technical expertise, early collaboration and delivering complex mission critical facilities. This opportunity is ideal for a Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of technically challenging projects, collaborating with experienced professionals and leading work where planning, coordination and execution directly influence project success. You will lead project execution by overseeing budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor coordination, project financial performance and client communication. Working alongside owners, architects, engineers, consultants and field teams, you'll coordinate design, construction, commissioning and project turnover while proactively resolving challenges and maintaining project momentum. Qualifications 8+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract management, cost control and project financial performance Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation package of $150,000 to $210,000, with performance-based bonus potential, generous PTO, professional development opportunities, and long-term career growth.
