Kitchen Supervisor - Lead & Elevate Hotel Kitchen Ops

Quorum Hospitality, in Hilton Garden Inn Wailua Bay in Kapaa, Hawaii, seeks a Kitchen Supervisor to lead daily kitchen operations and uphold safety, quality, and service standards. You will train and schedule staff, manage inventory and supplier orders, and coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth meal service while maintaining a collaborative kitchen environment. A minimum of 2+ years in hotel/restaurant kitchens and a valid Food Handler's Certification are required.
