Procurement Manager (Manufacturing / SAP / PeopleSoft) About the Opportunity Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a hands-on Procurement Manager to support plant procurement operations, vendor management, purchasing activities, and ERP system maintenance. This role is ideal for a procurement, purchasing, or materials professional with experience supporting manufacturing operations through SAP and PeopleSoft. What You'll Do Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and purchase requisitions (PRs) in SAP Maintain vendor pricing and lead-time data within PeopleSoft Review and process procurement requests to support production operations Work directly with vendors to resolve order, pricing, and delivery issues Support inventory analysis and Bill of Material (BOM) reviews Run reports using Excel and Power BI Partner with Engineering on discontinued, obsolete, and long lead-time parts Support Receiving operations with PO discrepancies and procurement issues Conduct vendor reviews and performance evaluations Manage vendor part number and service-related changes Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of procurement, purchasing, materials, or supply chain experience Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Experience creating and managing purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP Manufacturing or production environment experience Advanced Excel skills Preferred Experience Power BI reporting Inventory management BOM analysis ERP/MRP systems Ideal Backgrounds We encourage professionals with the following titles to apply: #J-18808-Ljbffr The Planet Group
