You will manage the day-to-day financial operations of a service company. Applicants should be honest, flexible, dependable, efficient, a team player and have good problem-solving skills.Job DescriptionAccounts Receivable.Data entry, post bank activity, entering payroll, etc.Account research to resolve billing discrepancies.General office duties such as filing, scanning, emailing, faxing, and photocopying.Accounts Payable including receiving, processing, verifying invoices, and vendor communication.Skills/Qualifications3+ years of accounting experience.Quick Books proficiencyStrong Knowledge of GAAPGeneral Ledger competency.Possess strong analytical skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).Have the desire to deepen your accounting knowledge and skillsAbility to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Be well organized.Capacity to leverage technology for better outcomes.Has an outgoing and enthusiastic personality with a great speaking voice and command of the English language.Attention to detail and good communication skillsFiling/faxing/data entry/basic computer skills.Team player!COMPENSATION: Salary ranges from $25 to $35 per hour commensurate with experience, plus benefits and a long-term career path.Because of our growth, we are currently looking for new team members who are looking for a career and not just a job.
