Project Manager - West Region - Torrance, CA

DHL Global Forwarding manages the flow of goods and information across a customer's global supply chain utilizing air/ocean/ground transportation, customs brokerage services, and dedicated warehousing/distribution centers. We are part of Deutsche Post DHL, the world's leading logistics provider with operations in over 220 countries. This role is on-site at the location detailed in the job post. Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver a portfolio of West region-critical strategic projects and programs. Partner with RVP West and Station Managers to identify, scope, and prioritize strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals for both short to medium term agendas Translate these objectives into clearly defined project roadmaps with milestones, KPIs and success criteria Translate strategy into execution by overseeing the planning, resourcing, and delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex and high value initiatives Present to senior management a structured analysis providing solutions to manage both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects Conduct data driven analysis of business performance and processes, identify root cause and improvement opportunities, evaluate alternative solutions, and develop fact-based recommendations to improve operational and financial performance Define success metrics and KPIs, analyze performance data and ROI, translate results into actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes and continuous improvement Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and ensure continuous improvement Champion best practices across projects and functions to ensure continuous improvement Travel as needed and as required by RVP and West Regional needs, up to 30% Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred in relevant discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Management) 4-6 years' work experience in Management Consulting, Operations Strategy, Business Transformation or Strategic Projects Experience leading project teams in the development and implementation of strategic projects Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data (financial, operational, market) into actionable insights Strong Data Analytics, AI and PM tools Advanced skills in MS Excel and Power Point Exceptional influencing and partner management skills in highly matrixed environments Pay Range: $101,610.00 - $135,480.00+ (Based on Experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr MSCCN
