Description Overview: Make the Farren brand connect with athletes everywhere. Athletes can tell in two seconds whether a brand actually trains. They can tell from the cue in the caption, the way the reply sounds, and whether the coach in the video looks like they want to be there. They decide fast, and they don't come back. We're moving fast, and building to last. The role You'll run Farren's social channels and our collaborations with the Coach Collective day to day. Our coaches are the heart of this brand, and they already create great content. Your job is to work with them, turn their expertise into content our audience trusts, and make Farren's own channels feel just as real. You'll report to our Head of Content & Lifecycle, who sets the pillars and funnel strategy. You'll work alongside our Creative Director and Media Producers on high‑craft work, and you'll own the speed, the community, and the relationships that make social work. This is a hands‑on role. You'll post, reply, shoot, edit, and show up in the community every day. What you'll own Channels and publishing Run Farren's social channels, starting with Instagram and short‑form video, executing against our content pillars and calendar. Keep a consistent cadence without letting quality slip. Turn raw coach footage, member stories, and training moments into posts that feel native to each platform. Community Own comments, DMs, and replies, and make every interaction sound like someone who actually trains. Engage with coaches, athletes, and the broader training community where they already are. Bring what you hear back to the team: what people ask, what they push back on, and what they love. Coach collaborations Manage day‑to‑day relationships with our coaches on shared content. Handle collab briefs, scheduling, approvals, and posting. Secure usage rights so our paid media partners can run top coach content. Make working with Farren easy and worthwhile for coaches. They're talent, and they should feel like it. Fast‑turn content Spot trends and moments early, and ship reactive content quickly. Shoot and edit short‑form content yourself when speed matters more than production. Partner with our Media Producers when the idea deserves full production. Performance Track what's working on every channel, and share a weekly readout with the Head of Content & Lifecycle. Flag winners early so we can double down or move them into paid. Flag what's dying so we can cut it. Contractors Manage creator and UGC contractors as we add them, holding their work to the same standard as ours. What we're looking for You train. Seriously. Lifting, running, CrossFit, endurance, team sport, or coaching: it's part of your life, and it shows in how you talk about it. You can spot fake fitness content instantly and explain exactly what gives it away. You have 3+ years managing social for a brand, ideally in fitness, wellness, sport, or consumer lifestyle. You're native to Instagram and short‑form video, and you understand how the platforms actually work. You can shoot and edit good short‑form content on your phone, fast. You've worked with creators, athletes, or coaches, and they liked working with you. You write the way athletes talk, with no brand‑speak. You're organized enough to manage a calendar, a dozen coach relationships, and a daily community without dropping anything. You're comfortable with ambiguity and move fast at an early‑stage company.
