About the Company
We are a full-service provider of managed business security solutions, offering intrusion alarms, video surveillance, access control, and fire alarm systems. Our solutions are supported by advanced monitoring centers and a team of experienced professionals. We serve a wide range of industries including retail, hospitality, financial services, property management, and specialized high-risk sectors, delivering tailored solutions that protect critical assets and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to present Security-as-a-Service solutions
- Perform needs assessments and recommend customized solutions based on client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams, including CAD/design, to develop professional proposals and system designs
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation through close
- Maintain pipeline, follow-ups, proposals, and account activity within Salesforce CRM
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry contacts
- Develop and grow a defined sales territory through consistent outreach and engagement
Qualifications
- Several years of B2B full-cycle sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently
- Willingness to develop territory through in-person client engagement
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- Existing network within architecture, construction, property management, IT, structured cabling, insurance, facilities, or relocation services
- Experience selling security systems or technical solutions
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: Competitive
On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: $105K$125K+ (uncapped commission)
