Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Supervisor role located in San Antonio, TX. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily operations and maintenance duties, including managing maintenance staff, ensuring property upkeep, conducting routine inspections, and handling repairs. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with maintenance budgets, coordinating with contractors, implementing safety protocols, and responding promptly to emergencies, ensuring a high standard of care and safety across the property. Qualifications Proficiency in property maintenance tasks, including HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Experience supervising maintenance teams, managing schedules, and delegating tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills for diagnosing and addressing maintenance issues Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance standards, and preventative maintenance practices Knowledge of vendor coordination and managing maintenance-related budgets Excellent communication and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred Ability to work effectively in diverse and collaborative environments Availability to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies #J-18808-Ljbffr CAPSTONE REAL ESTATE SERVICES, INC.
