Service Advisor

We are seeking a Service Advisor responsible for promoting all products and services, managing customer interactions, and assisting in shop workflow. They greet customers professionally, listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, and recommend appropriate services, ensuring accurate documentation and clear communication. The role involves providing cost and time estimates, updating customers during service, processing transactions, and conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction. The Service Advisor also tracks returns and warranty parts, and may serve as the manager on duty in the absence of the store manager. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent , prior experience as a Service Advisor, and in sales, customer service, or automotive fields. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to work at least five days weekly, including Saturdays. A professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment are essential. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 annually, combining hourly pay and commissions.
