Summary Connect Search is recruiting a Recruiter for a manufacturing company in the Mequon area. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process. Partner with hiring managers on recruiting and hiring needs, including posting and marketing of open jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, assisting in hiring decisions and extending job offers. Conduct onboarding activities. Source candidates to fill open positions. Conduct prescreening interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews. Complete preemployment activities such as drug testing, reference, and background checks for potential employees.
