Lead Project Engineer - Technical Program Management

As a Lead Project Engineer - Technical Program Management at Honeywell Forge & AI, you will help drive the execution of innovative Physical AI solutions that connect AI, software and the physical world. By combining the deep domain expertise of our more than 50,000 employees with decades of data from our global installed base, we are uniquely positioned to lead the industrial sector’s transition from automation to autonomy.YOU MUST HAVE6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management or related roles.Proven track record delivering $10M+ large-scale engineering/software programs on time and within 5% of the approved budget.Experience leading execution across 10+ Agile/Scrum engineering teams, coordinating 30+ engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.Strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to resolve critical dependencies and risks and maintain delivery against committed milestones.Experience managing resource plans, budgets, forecasts, and program risks across portfolios of $5M+, including headcount planning and quarterly financial forecasting.Experience leading globally distributed teams across 3+ time zones and managing execution with external engineering partners/vendors.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting program status, risks, dependencies, and financials to both technical teams and senior business leadership.Proficiency with program/project management tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software-development practices, including roadmap planning, sprint execution, dependency tracking, risk management, and KPI reporting.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field required; MBA preferred.
