To support a growing practice, the full-time California Licensed Case Manager will conduct welcome and intake calls with clients, gather case details, and serve as a primary point of contact while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct welcome and introductory calls with new and prospective clients, explaining the legal process Build rapport and trust with clients from their initial interactions with the firm Gather case details during intake calls and partner with attorneys to relay client information Required qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish with exceptional verbal communication skills Warm and confident phone presence with strong active-listening skills Experience conducting intakes or client-facing calls, preferably in employment law Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset suited to a high-growth, fast-paced environment Virtual Vocations Inc
