Hiring: Automotive Service Advisor

Pay: Commission, based on performance

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate with technicians to identify necessary repairs and maintenance, and communicate findings to customers
• Estimate costs and time required for repairs and maintenance, and provide quotes to customers
• Advise customers on recommended repairs and maintenance, and negotiate service agreements
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs and maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service agreements, and repair orders

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in an automotive service advisor role or related field
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and industry standards
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and other software applications
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
