Multimedia & eLearning Developer – L&D

Riveron India is seeking an experienced Multimedia & eLearning Developer – L&D. This role combines visual design expertise with technical eLearning development to produce high-quality learning assets and interactive courses.

Who You Are:

• You are an expert of Graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
• You have advanced knowledge of eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate)
• You have excellent skill in animation and motion design
• You have strong knowledge of UI/UX principles for learning
• You are good at Visual storytelling
• You have SCORM knowledge

What You'll Do:

• Design visual assets for training including infographics, icons, illustrations, and slide templates.
• Develop interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools.
• Own the end-to-end build of eLearning courses from storyboard to fully functional courses.
• Design engaging UI/UX for learning modules.
• Create animations, motion graphics, and multimedia elements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all learning materials.
• Optimize courses for LMS delivery and mobile compatibility.
• Balance visual design quality with rapid course development to support scalable learning delivery.
• Develop and deliver high-quality learning assets across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Graphic Design & eLearning Development
• Portfolio demonstrating eLearning work
• Experience in multimedia learning production
