What you’ll bring:

• An active Illinois Paraprofessional license
• Previous experience supporting elementary-aged students preferred

• Ability to work effectively with teachers, students, and families

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students during instruction, activities, and transitions
• Assist classroom teachers with lesson preparation and reinforcement of learning objectives
• Implement behavior management strategies and individualized accommodations
• Supervise students in both classroom and non-classroom settings
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging environment for all learners
