Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Apex Systems is hiring a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for a large Healthcare client.

Location: Whittier, California (Onsite)

Role Overview

This role supports one or more mid to senior-level managers in a diverse and complex environment. The position involves some customer and executive contact and requires strong written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will perform a range of administrative activities, including project management and document preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support one or more mid to senior-level managers.
• Perform complex administrative activities, including managing projects.
• Compose letters and reports.
• Prepare and edit presentations.
• Recommend or make purchase decisions.
• Manage budget and payroll functions.
• Develop newsletters.

Required Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and basic presentation or database applications is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word is needed.
• Experience with ATS (Admin/BPC) is a must-have qualification.

Language + Education:

• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is required for this position.
• Bachelor's degree.
