HELPLINE YOUTH COUNSELING in Whittier, CA, is hiring an Intensive Case Management Services Case Manager to provide essential case management services for clients transitioning from homelessness to permanent housing. Responsibilities include assessing clients' needs, developing care plans, maintaining a case load, and providing ongoing support. Candidates should have knowledge of homelessness issues, excellent communication skills, and preferably be bilingual in English and Spanish.
