Maintenance Technician – Portland, TN

Brookside Properties is growing and we’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! If you have HVAC experience and want competitive pay, strong benefits, and room to grow, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:
- Handle apartment repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry)
- Complete service requests & on-call emergencies
- Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Manage maintenance tools, supplies, and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- HVAC experience; EPA Type II or Universal preferred
- 2yrs+ apartment maintenance or multifamily housing experience
- Ability to handle on-call rotation
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation & basic tools
