Now hiring for an Indianapolis Cash Receipts Clerk Responsibilities Process basic billing for warehouse and tank wash services Maintain customer and shipping location information Prepare daily billing reports and invoices Support invoice printing, posting, and mailing Provide backup support for imaging and reception Handle incoming packages and billing mail Prepare weekly commission reports Assist with phones and other administrative tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong data entry and general office skills Good attention to detail and accuracy Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Comfortable working with reports and basic calculations Clear written and verbal communication skills Prior billing, accounting, or administrative experience preferred Transportation or logistics experience is a plus This position is in-office, Monday- Friday, 8a-5p. #J-18808-Ljbffr Indydio
