Compensation ranges from $22-$40/hr depending on experience, plus performance pay and commission opportunities.

Jennings Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electric is a 95-year-old locally owned company with a strong and growing plumbing division. To accommodate the demand from customers and growth of the company we are looking to add more service plumbers. We’re looking for a residential plumber to run service calls and installations on a dedicated first shift team.

About the Role

You will perform:

• Water heater installs and repairs (tank and tankless)
• Fixture replacements (faucets, toilets, sinks, showers)
• Water line and drain line repairs/replacements
• Sump pump and sewage pump installs
• Garbage disposals, valves, and shut-off replacements
• Diagnostic and repair work

This position is ideal for:

• Plumbers with a minimum of 3 years of residential experience who can run residential service calls and installations
• No apprentices

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair common residential plumbing issues
• Install water heaters, fixtures, pumps, piping, and related components
• Run service calls independently with office and management support
• Offer solutions and recommendations to customers while maintaining a 5-star experience
• Complete electronic invoices, job notes, and documentation
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company standards of workmanship
• Follow all safety procedures and uphold company values

Requirements

• Plumbers with a minimum of 3 years of residential experience who can run residential service calls and assist with installations as needed
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in basements, crawlspaces, and tight areas
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship

Work Schedule

• Full-time
• 1st Shift Monday – Friday (8am – 4pm)
• Scheduled rotating on-call
