Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our firm. This is a very fast-paced position handling 100 - 200 active personal injury cases at a time. You must excel at managing high-volume files, moving cases aggressively toward resolution, and thriving under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage 100–200 active personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
• Maintain proactive and frequent communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
• Order, track, and summarize medical records and bills.
• Ensure strict compliance with deadlines, statutes, and firm protocols.
• Draft and prepare comprehensive settlement demand packages with detailed medical chronologies.
• Assist attorneys with case evaluation, negotiation strategy, and claim preparation.
• Coordinate reductions with medical providers after settlement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience .
• Proven success in a very fast-paced, high-volume personal injury environment.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, bodily injury claims, and insurance processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle urgent deadlines and competing priorities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Aderant (ATO) and/or Filevine case management software is preferred but not mandatory.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to client success.
